Competitors must quote their current ECF or ELO grade on entry. Competitors with no ECF grade must quote any other current grade or Internet rating. Ungraded players must indicate on the entry form any recent tournament results and an indication of their playing strength including previous grades. Competitors may claim a half point bye on entering.

The organiser’s decision is final in all disputes. The organiser reserves the right to move competitors to appropriate sections.

All moves in 1hr 30mins plus 30 second increment per move. Re-pairings will take place after 30 minutes, for players without opponents.
